Herb prides himself on being easy to talk to and being accessible to his clients. He knows how important your case is and is always available to answer your questions. An important part of Herb’s practice involves mediation, a process in which he helps couples resolve legal issues through an agreement. Herb has been a mediator for over twenty years. He is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and is listed on the Supreme Court Roster of Neutral Mediators. He actively gives his time and talent to the Mankato area. Herb is active in the Mankato Rotary Club, the YMCA and hosts a show on KMSU public radio.
