Bob has practiced law for over thirty years. He is currently a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Elder Law Section and Probate and Trust Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA). His areas of practice are:

His practice includes disability planning and nursing home planning, including getting clients qualified for government programs, such as Medical Assistance, Elderly Waiver and Alternative Care. He works with Special Needs Trusts, Wills, Trusts, Estates, Powers of Attorney, Life Estates, and Health Care Directives. Bob is a lecturer at Minnesota Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars on Medical Assistance. Community involvement is important to Bob. He has served on several committees including being an officer for the Mankato YMCA. Bob is also a past president of the Sixth District Bar Association.
