Yuri was born and raised in Tallinn, Estonia, one of the smallest countries of Eastern Europe. In 1999, Yuri immigrated to the United States. In 2007 he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. After working for a law firm in Bemidji for four years, Yuri joined our firm in 2011.
