Robert H. Chesley
Bob has practiced law for over twenty five years. He is currently a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Elder Law Section and Probate and Trust Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA). His areas of expertise are:

He is on the governing council of the Elder Law Section of the MSBA. He is a lecturer at Minnesota Continuing Legal Education seminars on Medical Assistance.
Bob's practice includes disability planning and nursing home planning, including getting clients qualified for government programs, such as Medical Assistance. He deals with Special Needs Trusts, wills, trusts, estates, Powers of Attorneys, life estates, and Health Care Directives.
Community involvement is important to Bob. He has served on several committees including being an officer for the Mankato YMCA. Bob is also a past president of the local Bar Association.
