Herb prides himself on being easy to talk to and being accessible to his clients. He knows how important your case is and is always available to answer your questions.
An important part of Herb's practice involves mediation, a process in which he helps couples resolve legal issues through an agreement. Herb strongly believes that mediation can help people by encouraging them to communicate and find new ways to resolve their differences. He began mediating in 1990 and it is the most rewarding part of his practice. He is a member of the Association of Conflict Resolution, a national mediation organization.
He actively gives his time and talent to the Mankato area. Herb is active in the Mankato Rotary Club, the YMCA and hosts a show on KMSU public radio.
